What do you want to say to the world?
Style is like creating your own personal brand. In one glance, someone gets to know a little bit more about you. Knowing how to personalize an outfit isn’t just fun, it creates an impression. I wanted to share 3 easy steps to get you started on creating your personal brand.
Step 1: Create Original Pieces
My mom and I got the fabric for this dress a year or so ago and she just barely sent me the finished product. If you know me, you know my obsession with pineapples and the fruit trend in general. You could sew pieces for yourself (which is NOT easy). You could also stitch patches on your jacket or even create your own distressed denim.
Step 2: Monogram!
I love monograms! I haven’t seen it much in Utah, but in the south it is HUGE! This adorable pineapple tote is from Marley Lilly and it’s been the perfect summer bag. I haven’t tried to get my full initials on anything since I’ve been married so it is fun to see my married initials on there. Plus, who could go wrong with a pineapple?
Step 3: Add Fun Accessories
This cute keychain is also from Marley Lilly. (I’m telling you guys they monogram EVERYTHING! It’s fantastic!) It has a clip to attach to any bag or purse to add that extra flair you desire.
