The end of the semester is approaching FAST which means Easter is right around the corner. I had a tradition in my family where my mom would take my sister and I to get Easter dresses every year to match with my brother’s spring tie. Florals
Pastels and florals are immediately what comes to mind and I’m sure I am not alone. I love florals but it is also important to get a dress that isn’t specifically for the holiday. I made that mistake when I was younger and only wore my dress once. For lack of better words, get the most bang for your buck.
Contrasting Colors
I am drawn to colors that are contrasting so the piece work across the seasons. I was so happy when I found this dress since it had both light and darker shades of pink and blue to transition through to summer effortlessly.

Make sure to plan for the weather. Sometimes it is colder during Utah’s easter but I know back home it is scorching! It is easy to get a light sweater to pair with your sun dress to provide that extra warmth that is much needed during the spring. However, you could also find a dress with a thicker fabric or longer sleeves like this one to do the same thing.
Feeling Beautiful
Find something that makes you feel feminine and happy. It really isn’t important what it looks like. It is all about you and what you like. As long as you feel beautiful, that’s all that matters.
