Skincare for all types
I always had concerns taking care of my skin. Sometimes it’s really dry and other times it’s super oily. Recently, I found out combination skin may be a result of how we take care of it. My skin can become really sensitive when the seasons change and some spots gather oil more than others. I started using Formula 10.0.6 a couple weeks ago and it’s made a huge difference! I wanted to talk about a couple products that I started using that are tried and true for combination skin.
The first step is getting all the makeup off. These wipes take all the dirt and grime off that built up throughout the day. It also exfoliates the skin and begin to take away redness. My other makeup wipes used to irritate my skin from rubbing my makeup off, but I haven’t had any sensitivity with these.
This cleanser is the best one I have tried for sensitive skin. It has a very light scent and works well to clean and keep my skin clear.
I wouldn’t recommend doing this more than once a week. It pulls all the gunk out of pores and makes me skin so soft after I’m done.
I have never had to deal with much acne during my life so I wouldn’t recommend to those who don’t get acne unless the oil is starting to get worse. I do get oily patches on the sides of my nose and my chin. These anti-blemish pads help to balance the skin while exfoliating and deep cleaning excess oil out of pores. I never tried anything like this before, but I can see a significant difference in my combination skin. It created a more even skin tone and made it look more matte than before.
There’s a common misconception that if you have oily skin, that you don’t need moisturizer…that is false! Oil comes from your skin overcompensating for dry skin. This is the BEST moisturizer I have ever had. I know that is a big statement, but I am convinced this is the one for me. I test out a lot of skincare products and I am obsessed with this one! It’s super lightweight and perfect to wear under makeup.
My skin feels better and is more even now after using these products after the past couple of weeks. What products do you use to combat combination skin? To read about my other favorite skincare products, click here!
