The Beginning of My Fruit Fashion Takeover
I have a slight obsession with fruit, especially pineapples. I grew up in Florida and have always loved them. Taz even proposed to me with my ring inside a pineapple so it became a “thing” very quickly. We have pineapple pillows, a watermelon doormat and grapefruit soap by every sink. This year, I am liking the citrus trend. I fell in love with this adorable lemon purse and I know this latest addition to how fruit prints became a wardrobe staple for me.
I loved pineapples early on in life and now they are very popular. Lemons and other citrus slices are quickly trending as well. The pop of color along with their geometrical pattern gives any outfit a fun and flirty feel. It can be dressed up or down. For example, you can pack your sunscreen and shades for the beach or pair it with your favorite sundress for date night.
The best function of this accessory is that the gold chain strap is removable, converting it into a cute clutch or a cross body within seconds. The inside is bigger than it looks providing much needed space for a cell phone, wallet and any other things to bring for a day or night out.
I included a couple links for similar purses at the bottom of this post and they are all under $20! Be sure to share your favorite trends in the comments below. To see my other favorite fruit prints, click here. Love you guys!
