The debate between two popular detangling brushes
I currently live in Utah County and Bathpack brushes are all over my Instagram. Bloggers and influencers claim it rivals the popular WetBrush for a fraction of the cost. I decided to reach out to them and get a brush for myself. During that same time, WetBrush asked me if I wanted to test out one of theirs as well. Hence, this blog post was born! I alternated between these two brushes for a month and finally got the answer I was searching for of which brush is better: WetBrush or Bathpack?
One of the main reasons people are jumping on the Bathpack train is because of the price. They cost $5 which is HALF of the cost of the WetBrush. They have an additional $3 shipping or you can pick it up at no added cost.
I tested out the Bathpack brush first and the quality impressed me! I got brush through my hair with less resistance than my previous brush, but it was still snarled since my hair is super thick! After one week, I saw a noticeable difference in the texture and I had less breakage than with others in the past.
Honestly, it was pretty much the same! I used some detangler spray during that time and it helped with the knots, but the brush itself is very similar.
Hopefully, this helped you decide which one is the best bang for your buck. I will keep one in my bag and one at my vanity since I love both and can’t notice the difference. It never hurts to have more than one, right? Which is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below! To read another one of my comparison posts, click here!
